HOW IT WORKS
Once you are ready to enroll in my online coaching program, send me an email at email@example.com. After that, you will receive an email from my side asking you to fill a questionnaire. This is necessary for me to know your training, diet, injury history in order to work openly and create a better program for you.
After you successfully enroll for coaching, I will now start working to create your program. Your training is very specific. Your workout includes exercises listed in the order they are to be performed, notes about a particular exercise, sets, reps, and rest time during sets.
Your diet is laid out in such a format that it is easy to understand and follow, Meals by meals with timing and macronutrient counting.
Every two weeks zoom or skype check-in with me for 20 minutes where we will be talking about future changes to your diet or training to avoid any plateau while keeping you motivated, interested, excited, and challenged.
I'm a call or text away for your endless queries or questions throughout our time together too! I know my work and with that, I will make sure we hit your goal while learning new things.
I am not only here to help you motivate but also to teach you all the tricks and trade so you can easily be on your way alone once we are finished. Health & Fitness is a long journey that you'll follow for the rest of your life.
